- Since the date the order was made, I have not received my purchase, nor have I heard anything from this company as to the status of my order. As of this writing, it has been 15 days since the order was made.

- I ordered on 12/16 with 3-5 day shipping. It is now 12/30, and I have not received it. I called and was told the item was on back order for another 3 weeks--this information was NOT provided when I placed the order, so I'm very disappointed!!
