To cancel an order, please call 1.877.75FAVOR or email support@hansonellis.com within 24 hours. Return/Refund Policy: If you wish to return the product(s), we will refund the product's subtotal. Shipping cost will not be refunded from your original receipt and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise for a refund/exchange. Products sent after 14 days will include a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept products after 30 days.
